Congratulations! You have taken an important step to creating more peace and focus in your life. The benefits of a regular meditation practice are well documented by both eastern and western cultures. By starting this journey you are going to:

Sounds pretty great right? There is almost nothing that training your mind doesn't help with. There is a quote that I share with many of my yoga students that says, "You're reality is where you place your attention." The mind is a powerful tool, that when made an ally, changes your entire experience of living.

I am excited to share with you some important principles for getting started. Each week, following the first section you are going to receive a new pre-recorded meditation. The meditations are organized in a way that builds up from the basic principles of establishing your practice to the application of those principles for deeper exploration.

Even though a meditation practice takes a lifetime to master, I'm confident that if you stick with it, by the end of the 8th week you will already start to experience the benefits.
