This course is usually priced at over $300 for 8 weeks of training but now I'm offering it for less than $100!

You could go online and google search "how to start a meditation practice," but that is not going to offer any accountability. Every week I'm going to send you a new meditation with an email that offers insight and suggested practices to support and improve your experience.

I don't claim to be some kind of "magic meditation guru." I started a meditation practice to help with my anxiety. I quickly realized it's benefits and now I want to share.

I've been studying, practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years now. I'm a firm believer that you should practice what you preach.
