Who Is This Course For?
It is no secret that meditation is good for you! Thousands of research studies support this. The problem for most people is, they know it's good for them, but they aren't sure how to begin. Is that you? If so, then you're in luck. This course is for those who are looking for a step-by-step guide to starting a meditation practice. Those who do will be able to:
- Eliminate anxiety caused by a racing mind
- Create an attitude of gratitude
- Lower day-to-day stress levels
- Improve your ability to focus on tasks without getting distracted
- Experience the peace and expansiveness of the present moment
- Improve professional performance
- Improve memory
- Improve relationships
This course is usually priced at over $300 for 8 weeks of training but now I'm offering it for less than $100!
You could go online and google search "how to start a meditation practice," but that is not going to offer any accountability. Every week I'm going to send you a new meditation with an email that offers insight and suggested practices to support and improve your experience.
I don't claim to be some kind of "magic meditation guru." I started a meditation practice to help with my anxiety. I quickly realized it's benefits and now I want to share.
I've been studying, practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years now. I'm a firm believer that you should practice what you preach.
